Dumbbell press Bride on Bosu: It is one of the most challenging exercises with Dumbbells. This targets your shoulders, chest, arms, hamstrings and glute muscles.

How to perform the exercise?

Start the exercise by taking the Dumbbells in each hand, laying on your back on the Bosu ball, keeping your legs in a 90-degree position and your feet firmly placed on the floor. Your hips lowered but should not be touching the floor.

Now Pull your Dumbbells upwards over the centre of your chest with your hands and press your hips up. Your elbows should be pointing outwards. Wrists should be straight. At this time, your core and the trunk muscles are contracted.

Now slowly lower the arms, keeping it just inside the elbows. Hold down this position for a few seconds and exhale slowly. Bring your arms and dumbbells back to the starting position.

Now repeat the exercise, perform 2-3 sets with 8-12 repetitions.

This exercise works for your chest, Core, arms and triceps.
