OnTrackYou Chest Press/Lat Pull combines two exercise stations into one. This piece of equipment provides two basic upper body muscle toning and strengthening self-weighted exercises.

The Chest Press side strengthens and promotes total upper body strength, using the triceps, pectoralis, and deltoids.

The Lat Pull side strengthens the biceps, latissimus dorsi, and rear deltoids while developing upper body strength.
